Frequently asked questions

What is Scavenger Audio?

Scavenger Audio creates affordable, characterful audio plugins for producers, sound designers and musicians who want tools that encourage experimentation.

Can I try the plugins before buying?

Yes. Products may be available as free demos so you can check compatibility and decide whether the sound and workflow suit you before purchasing.

How does the demo work?

Demo versions may include limitations such as time limits, audio interruptions, disabled saving or other restrictions. Entering a valid licence key unlocks the full version.

How do I unlock the full version?

After purchase, you will receive a licence key or serial. Enter that key in the plugin to unlock the full version.

What happens if I lose my licence key?

Contact support using the email address you purchased with. Include the product name and any Paddle order or transaction details you have.

Can I use Scavenger Audio plugins in commercial music?

Yes. You can use sounds, recordings and music created with Scavenger Audio plugins in commercial and non-commercial projects.

Can I share my licence key?

No. Licence keys are for the purchaser and should not be shared, published, resold or distributed.

Do you offer refunds?

Refunds are handled in line with the Refund Policy, Paddle processes and applicable consumer law. Try the demo first wherever possible.

Which DAWs are supported?

Current plugin support is focused on macOS and AU/Logic Pro workflows unless a product page states otherwise. Check the product page and test the demo first.

How do I get support?
